Sambar roast butterflied out and stuffed with asparagus, cream cheese, jalapenos and bacon...wrapped in bacon and smoked on the webber.

We marinated meat since yesterday.

In yogurt, lions, dried lime.

Will cook it over an open fire tonight.

And have it with Iranian tandoor bread and salad!

Friends coming over for soccer, including an Aussie!

Sounds good. I have a fire pit at the place I'm renting. I may have to get it going soon for some cooking!
