sambarman338So where will they take him? If only they allowed safari hunting of them, pests like this could become enormous assets.

The Deep State in control in Australia will be unlikely to allow any more hunting than currently allowed.
They do issue depredation permits to ranchers and to municipalities that have problem crocs. The crocs can only be trapped by an Australian with a trappers' license, and must be shot by the trapper (no one else) when successfully trapped.
The hide and skull can be sold by either the permit holder or the trapper. If you go for a buffalo or banteng hunt in the North, you might be able to find a trapper willing to let you join him on a "hunt".
