Wallaby question for the kiwi's

Just to get back to the hunting...

Do you guys eat them? I don't much like the taste of roo but will eat it as rissoles/meat balls etc. Mainly if I can add stuff to it to hide the taste.

Lots of people do eat them. I would make them into small goods or mince them myself . Others roast the cuts and swear by it
