Any outfitter with which a us hunter can hunt free range sambar?

Perhaps the best opportunities are in Australia. NZ also has Sambar but Australia has more over wider areas. Australia does have free range operators. Some would pop up with a Google search I'm sure. Maybe even an AR search...?? One name to avoid, by any accounts I've heard, is Vince Ashe ( Aussie ).
