wazza56mud gecko
not a good way to loose a dog
mud geckoSaw this on the news. Apparently the croc went up and around the bloke and grabbed the dog. The hunter jumped out of the way by putting his hands on the croc

The guy in the water didn't want the footage posted as they were hunting in a "secret spot"

Rule 303No way would you get me in muddy water in a waterway conected to the coast in the topend.
Bloke was lucky the croc was only hungry enough to want a snack.

You don't even have to be in the water.
A croc followed a mate of mine in a boat
from the mouth to where they were camped
and walked 30+ feet from the water to
grab him when sleeping. Luckily his mate
got the croc to drop him.
As for the dog versus bloke, dog looks
more like food than an upright human !
I had a rule when I lived in the NT. If it didn't have a black line painted on the bottom I didn't swim in it!

sambarman338Bad luck for dog and owner and I don't think the bloke with the camera should become a cinematographer.
I don't think he was worried about the camera angles mate.
