Bad Ass Buffalo
Hey where's the scope on the rifle btw?

The big mags are no problem. I've taken 10 shotters before and local friends have many. That particular rifle belongs to Frank Stradling, mine will be identical except for having a scope.

A weekend buffalo hunter in Australia kills more buffalo in a weekend than all but the most dedicated Africa bound bwanas will in in their lives. I suspect you can advise with the best of them.

Water Buffalo is an animal that certainly makes for; Exciting & Thrilling Hunting and as much as they can be dangerous & unpredictable at times, they can also be fascinating animals to stalk up close to and bow hunt or photograph. General Hunting enjoyment l would give 10/10, They are heavy in numbers, visually iconic, hard to kill, overwhelming body size and taste good.

Cheers Matt, long time no speak, trust all is well?
Geese season has started well at Harrisons this year, you gotta get your feet wet tho, a case of who dares wins, everywhere else is too dry. Tough deal when you cant decide between a Bow, Rifle, Shotgun or Baitcaster this time of year.

Give me a home where the Buffalo roam and the geese and the whistler ducks sing.

Going good there!! My guys killed some this week. Tens of thousands of geese out here at the moment in east Arnhem. Most I have ever seen. They killed geese, whistlers, black duck and pinkies.

I wish them Pinkies would fly a little further west, l heard there out Kakadu onwards and east. We do however get the Hardheads, but not many, they arrive with the first rains in Nov. Sounds like the your having a good time anyways, your son must be of age now to be guiding?

AND the story on this side claims: "Gun Controllers took away all your guns".

Impressive bulls, that last looks like a monster. Whole lotta steak in one that size IF you can get 'em all.

Great pictures again, thanks for sharing your fun times.

Kinda mostly true georgeld, No more semi autos or pump shot guns unless you are permitted as a Primary Producer.
Young Buff under 8mth is quality, anything older is only good for schnitzel, l still don't mind a young bit a rump.

My Aussie to English isn't much help, but are you saying you like a young piece of ass? WinkSeems like an abrupt change of subject.

Hey Mike,
Spot on! pussy is universal it's another form of hunting with a different weapon.

Stradling
- Aint no sheep up here in the top end, that's them New Zealanders who are scorn with them unholy desires.
I will say there is some quality & truly native wild animals to be had in PNG. I have not been myself, however l know an operator there and he gives me the hot tips.

George - I trust your surgery will be successful, all the best with that. Stewart

Yep, that just about covers all the bases.

Yesterdays view from the boat while fishing, a mob of Buff trying to escape after bathing in the highly populated Crocodile River.

I wonder just how many Buffalo are taken by these monsters, I never hear of any eye witness accounts but a young Buff would be well with in a mature crocs capacity.
This croc is big, 4m plus. The pic don't do it justice.

Good day fishing the log jams and snags yesterday, caught a lot but struggled with Bull sharks. Bull sharks attack more humans than any other sharks, these sharks were more than 50mile up the river into the fresh water.

We seem to get quite a few pinkies but I cant find any hardheads... maybe they are there among the millions!!!

Youll have to come out sometimes and chase the pinkies. They arent too clever though..

We do get some teal and LOTS of blackducks.
