Crushing cases with a Dillon
I think my problem is with the seating die?
Do I need to use another brand? using RCBS
Thanks Bill

Bill, you probably have the seating die screwed in to far, if the die has a roll crimp built into it.
Or you may need to chanfer the inside case mouth so the bullet will start without catching on the edges.
It does't hurt to use a dry lube like talc on the inside either.

Dry Lube powdered graphite has worked for me.

Had a problem with a Dillon 550 using 220 Swift cases. Turns out the shellholder was the least bit out of spec on tolerances and was holding the case ever so slightly crooked. Dillon sent me a new shellholder. Problem gone.
