Not that I am aware of either, NATF-22 version was canned mid-90's I thought.

JohnHuntAuthor is confused.
First pic is of a Raptor, and if it was taken from the deck of a carrier then an Air Force pilot was showing Navy the "flag" or finger

Second pic is of an F18 a carrier based aircraft. Possibly hopelessly tasked with intercepting the F22.
