Local news reported today that the B-17 "Liberty Belle" made an emergency landing in Illinois due to an engine fire. Crew walked away unharmed.

I had an oportunity to volunteer when a B-17 came to a local airport. Great aircraft. Such a sad loss.

Impressive job by the crew getting everyone out alive.
