Air show in Tuscaloosa Alabama

Gents, the kids and I just got back from an air show here in Alabama.

Blue Angels were amazing, F 22 Raptor boggles the mind, first time I have ever seen an F 86 fly. Also some really cool formation flying, B 17, B 25, and P 51. Best formation though was the F 22 and P 51 flying really close. Really close!

It sounds corny but it made me especially proud to be an American to see that F 22. I always have been proud to be an American of course, but this kinda offset how we have let the Russians and Iranians and every tin pot dictator push us around lately, thinking what that Raptor could do to other aircraft in a fight.

The F-22 is simply the most capable fighter aircraft ever built. It's a good thing Obama canceled production on it.......

Yep, sad. That aircraft did things that were simply amazing. And I am sure we did not see all its capabilities.
