This is yet another surplus gun to me.
This gun seems to be unfired, but I bought it second hand. It has a few better than standard features to it.
1. Lightweight bull barrel. I believe this is manufactured by Ruger, as the markings tell you about contacting Ruger for a user manual.
2. Ruger Target laminated stock.
3. Alloy trigger housing. This is not that BX trigger, but it's better than the poly trigger in my mind.

Price is $400. I can ship for $30.

What does it weigh? How long is the barrel?

Weighs just a hair under 5lbs. Barrel is approximately 19"

It appears that the barrel is threaded, but just want to confirm.

No, this one does not have a threaded barrel.
