"Reindeer hunting in Norway" Help to find the best contact.

For some years now, I have wanted to hunt reindeer in Norway, Now I have a buddy that wants to go too, so it's probably on, next year.
Can anyone help me with information on:

Where, when, how much and who to contact .

Also Anyone who wants to trade a good hunting trip for
another let me know too.
