Anyone got a set of medium rings they would like to swap for a low set?

I have a set of Low rings on my 243 that just clear my 56mm nightforce but I cannot get a butler creek on the objective so could to with a set of Medium rings.

IMO you will shoot better with the low rings and I reckon keep them and make your own cover out of bicycle tube.

G'day mate!

gryphon1,... it should look good aswell as being functional. I doubt it would look very good with a bicycle tube Big Grin

Well I would rather the lowest mounted scope over a higher mounted scope and if it had to have a rubber instead of a B/Creek so what!

The name of the game is to have you shoot your rifle in the best and most accurate way..aesthetics mean jack shit to me as I'm out there to hunt and not look good.

just cut a thin strip out of the bottom of the butler creek and then use a small amount of hair spray to use as adhesive to "glue" the cover in place
