WoodjackExporting a Rifle from Denmark...?
Can anyone tell me if this is a complicated or expensive process from the Denmark side of things?...thankyou in advance.

peterdkthat depends on where you want it to go and if you travel with it, if it is a danish reg. then you have to show the export papers to the police so it will be erased. other than that no problem on the danish side. it wont cost you anything though.

SIKA98KAs peterdk says it is not a problem.I have exported a couple of firearms from Dk.The shop or owner can arrange it very quickly with the Danish police.
If you are living in Europe get it put on your European Firearms Pass and you can take it out of the country with you.Provided the airline carries that sort of thing.
Just to make you all sick,my Danish friend decided to get a 243.Deal done in a shop,65 minutes later we walked out with the rifle and a newly issued firearms licence.
I nearly keeled over!!

one problem is, I cannot speak/write Danish to properly communicate with the Danish gun dealers...

woodjack most of them speak and write a pretty good english. or go through one of the members on this site.
