kokdyerReindeer in Sweden and Norway?
Does anyone know of anyone offering reindeer hunting for trophy bulls in Sweden or Norway?

WachtelThere are no wild reindeer in Sweden. Norway has them but I think that it's fairly limited. I have no detailed information, sorry.

AndersTo my knowledge, there isn`t any companies who offer guided hunts for norwegian reindeer. But it`s far from impossible for you to hunt them. In Norway we have approximatly 20 different areas where you can hunt. The biggest area is however closed for the moment, so it`s not so easy theese days.
But all you actually have to do is to get in contact with norwegian hunters, and hunt with them as a guest-hunter. You`ll need to pay 4000-6000NKr maybe more for a bull license (a little under 1000usd), and the norwegian hunters licenses (50usd). Most of the areas are private land, but some public too. The last mentioned will probably put residents on top of the list.
Good luck! Just ask if need more answers. Hope I could help you..

9,3x74RIt has been a long time since you asked, and I am sorry I haven’t seen it before.
I might help you with a licence or two. I guide foreign hunters on reindeer/caribouhunts on different locations here in Norway. So if you want I can guide you as well. Just give me a call!
