Trapper DaveThere is a low wooden beam in a foodie pub on the road south of Petworth, West Sussex.
It has the words: "Duck or Grouse" written on it.
An English pun on the alternative meanings of both words

Men occasionally stumble over the truth, but most of them pick themselves up and hurry off as if nothing ever happened. Sir Winston Churchill
