The ancient art of roebuck weaving
Just thought I would include a pic of my Great Great Opa displaying the now lost art of Bavarian Deer weaving.
This was taken in the era when hunting did not need a 300 Weatherby magnum and camo underwear, just a big pipe and a big beard.

mouse93...nice

- I still weave it that way (roe and chamois) - and then insert it legs up in my pliable rucksack (additionally tie the legs and rucksack with rope that connects the upper parts of the rucksack) when hunting alone or in remote areas

Yes, when we are alone, we still bundle up our roe for transportation that way. Makes for a practical bundle.
Nice picture.
