Hi All,

I just thought I would mention that on my syndicate this year I have a full gun and half gun left to go.

The Syndicate is in Tunbridge Wells area. we shoot 8 saturdays. If it is something that may be of interest then feel free to reply here or via PM.

With a half gun, yourself plus A.N.Other share a single membership of the syndicate. On shoot days generally, you and the other guy shot on alternate drives, toss a coin for who goes first or whatever. So basically, you get out for a whole day; in theory at least, you get half the shooting, and you pay half price.

Oh, and you usually get a whole lunch, even if Kiri is a miserable sod.

Food is something we are not short of!! A freind of mine joined us last year and described the shoot in the pub as "Breakfast and Lunch interupted by Elevensies and a bit of shooting...."

MBB, the other way to do half guns is that if the syndicate is 8 days shooting then you pay half and get allocated 4 days through the season.. That is the way we tend to do things, although I do have three guys doing it Brians way this year!!
