In Dresden is a big military museum, with things up to the big 80cm AP-projectil from the biggest railroad gun"Dora".
In Vienna is also a museum from the middle age up to WW2.

The Mauser Museum in Oberndorf am Neckar and the Techical Museum in Sinsheim, lots of tanks and airplanes, not so many guns.
