Snow-shoe hunt on moose eastern Europe?

Dear all,

a friend of mine and I would like to hunt moose on snow shoes in Eastern Europe.

Has anyone done something like that? Any advice or contacts in Estland, Latvia, Lithuania?

I have contacts in Lithuania but I don't think they have any Moose hunting there.
They do have some trophy quality Red Deer and Boar.
