looking for a trip/Scotland

I am a yankee whom is looking to bring my bride to the Highlands of Scotland on holiday. Whom can point me to a good company that will set up hunting for pheasant and stag for a few days with grand lodging and a tour us thruout Scotland prior to the shooting?
