Even here this winter is VERY snowy/rainy and cold; I took this photo 3 weeks ago at an altitude of 950 meters, 20 km from the Mediterranean sea and 28 km north-east of Monte Carlo. The temperature was -2°C at 02.00 p.m.

Well you will see that in 20 years we have almoast summer here in Norwat the whole year and you people down south have winter the hole year
