Hey All,

Has anyone seen any action in the Fallow Rut? I've been a bit to busy to get out for the last few weeks

My Dad is over from Cyprus and I'm hoping to use the Rut to get him his first deer. Aparrently the bucks have started making a bit of a racket and we have got one definate stand identified. all we need is the wind in our favour!!

Is the 'stand' where the bucks congregate? A bit like red deer standing in open fields during the rut?
I have heard reports that the rut has heated up in Ireland too, and my mate saw a stag with 1 horn missing after a fight!! My trigger finger is getting a mad itch...
