If I had to be honest, I feel and think many different things about your vidaeo, a little of envy, I would like to climb easily and hunt marmots, I thoug that it is painfull that scope hit on the forehead, I thought also that I prefer use a 22 K-Hornet for that kind of hunt. Less dangerous for the forehead Wink. However I gave my contribute to headaches cause in the past. Big Grin

To have a hunte like this one I went with my little beautie to Namibia and I hunted hiraxes. I didn'y not find te photos now, I have ony a shot of this Dangerous hunt Roll Eyes the following one

Honestly fine to see your video, but I have smiled in some point

@all

There is no problem while shooting Marmota Marmota with this cartridge. I'm doing with my .416 Remington Magnum. The most important tihng is to use the right bullets.

Here is an example of 3 Marmota Marmota shot by my Christensen Arms .416 Remington Magnum. All the shots were more than 140 yards!

Good shooting and good hunting

For sure you have power enough to kill them, maybe a little overpowered.

I'm sorry because I don't find hiraxes photos that I hunted with my 22 K-Hornet.

Collani, no only within 40 yards.I do have a 45-70 Browning 1885 that would do the job well but I've never used it on marmota.We have three or four different types of marmot in the USA. dancing
Groundhog or woodchuck -M.monax
Yellow bellied or rock chuck
Hoary marmot -m.Caligata
Alaska marmot -m.browen
