How are the roe doing for people. Here it seems to be going nuts with lots of chasing and answering to the call.

Andre MertensSame here but due to the hot weather, they only come out at dusk and then it gets crowded in half an hour.
Just got back from three days at the lease. Like Andrè said, on Monday-Tuesday evening the last half hour of shooting light was a challange but by this morning (Wednesday) the Bucks were all over the place driving Does and at varying times of the day so here in Central Germany the Rut's started.
Will be in the lease all next week and expect very good action!
We have only Roe buck season at the moment so here is a example of this year trophies :

buck is in the salt and a fellow hunter on the pic is much more happier than yesterday
Fantastic pic Mouse.

I'm off to Scotland next week to see what the bucks are doing to my trees and see if my cousin from Germany can grace his hat with a pine sprig.
