ErikDThe Shooting Gazette
I read a few issues of an English magazine named: "The Shooting Gazette" some weeks ago at a family members house. Seemed like a good magazine, with lots of highend guns to drool over...
Any of you subscribe to it? What's the general impression? Worth it or not?

kokdyerIt's nice I buy a copy everytime I see it, (that's rare).
The new Sports Afield is fantastic too!

Pete EErik,
I don't subscribe to the magazine because it tends to be a bit too general for my tasts but it usually has at least one good article on stalking each month. It is one of our upper end shooting magazines and is always very well produced and written. If you like a magazine that covers a selection of shooting and field sports, i am sure you will enjoy it,
Regards,
Pete

swsMy personal prefference is still for The Field. Plenty of high end guns to drool over and always well written articles. I think my brother has a few 'adventure fly fishing' articles coming out in it soon too.

kokdyerThis is probably a stupid question, but are there any European big game magazines printed in English?
I have seen quite a few Spanish, Italian, French, German, Norsk, Svenska, you name it. I haven't seen to many that were dedicated to big game alone in English.
If I am wrong point me in the right direction so I can subscribe.
