To all Euro AR members
I have volunteered to assist with Silver Lining Scholarship project and ask all the Euro AR members to look at my post on this subject under "gunsmithing".
Scholarship Rifle ThreadI'm bringing this one back to the top.
PayPal turned out to be a decent alternative solution to wiring money or international bank draft. Forrest can work with you if you'd like to use a PayPal account to donate from.
And Wink is still taking Euro to convert to USD if you'd prefer.
It's a worthy cause even if it may seem a little far from home for many here in Europe. Hope someone else sees fit to contribute a few bucks as well.

I would also like to remind the Euro members that our suggestions for engraving styles are also welcome. The traditions in engraving go way back in Europe and some of you may have some examples you would like to present. Let's get a few photos onto the site and see if we can't widen the options. Roger Kehr is an excellent artist and I think he will be glad to see some examples.

ForrestBOriginally, we were going to build a 270 on a Winchester action. Upon further reflection, we decided to build a 7X57 on a Czech Mauser action in an attempt to reach out to our European friends. We're bending over backwards to be your friends again.

Stu did teach me how to use PayPal and it's a very simple system. If any of you would like to contribute to our efforts, send me an email and I'll reply with a PayPal invoice. All you need is a bank account or credit card.
Thank you for helping us with the Scholarship Fund.
