As this post is missing some photos I have to change that....

I shot this young female fox yesterday when hunting together with Marterius. 70 meters distance and I used a 6,5x55 Varberger and 140 grains Rhino Bullet. I will save the tail

This was actually my first fox and I am far behind Johan, He shot four in one day

Andre,

Thanks for your invitation. I have been planning to visit my friends in your part of the world for some time and shall plan a trip over the next few months. It will be a trip after more than 10 years and I hope I will be able to organise it soon.

Thanks again for the invitation and good hunting!

Dear Mehul,

it should be delightful to see you here, and if possible organize a nice little hunt for your pleasure! I am sure we could do something with combined efforts.

Yours truly,

Martin

Mehulkamdar- Roe deer is very nice venison. It's one of my favourite venison along with partridge and woodcock. Some think roe deer has a slight taste of liver.

Congratulations, nice fox.

How come you used such a puny caliber for foxes, I mean you are the "Viking in Africa" so a 375 with rhino or impala bullets should be more suitable 6,5 doesn't match your image Bring the 470 next time, foxes can be aggressive and might even charge

Far behind? Everything is realtive. I mean you have been in African hunting all kinds of animals. Me? I have not even been hunting in Africa, yet

The population of foxes has been increasing which means the number of roe deer's will drop Young foxes seems to be very naive. Actually, I had enormous luck and managed to take one fox over bait on each outing. Last outings has resulted in a few animal observations

Cheers

Andr/Jeffery: please replace your dysfunctional non-picture AT ONCE. It makes a MSN passport login window pop up on foreign screens.

Martin,

Johan needs to be coaxed into sharing pictures of his trophies. I came to know about the deer he had shot and asked him for pictures myself but he believes in secrecy for some reason.

This convinces me that I have to visit him soon and make sure that I get to enjoy the venison.

Good hunting!
