I got myself a new skinning knife for Xmas and am soimpressed with it I thought I'd mention it.

It's a folding buck knife with a gut hook. Plastic handle and very sharp.

I've yet to use it to Gralloch with as the Normark is smaller and more convenient but skinning with it is an absolute joy.

I think this is a picure of it, (I have the bottom one). It comes with a cordura belt case which is quite handy too.
