Well another albinomoose has been observed in Norway , and last year it was protected by the Greenies, they want to nae this one , why not "Lapskaus" or "Elghakk"

I never heard of lapskaus made from elg, but why not !..If you have enough aquavit you'll see two elg , then you can use your double and get both !

Or gravet elg, marinated in spices and aquavit is fine food.
