I boo booed on egun, and I bought something I didn't want. How do I undo it?

ok scrap the last message - now realised that egun.de is a website homer

No idea how to undo something on it - I can't speak a word of German and their English translation has much to be desired. Although their translation of sub title "free weapons" is quite catchy!

Seth,

Please stay away from E-Gun unless you've the language ability and the correct credentials!

German weapons purchasing law is VERY specific and you have to be QUALIFIED to make a binding agreement.

The really shiity part is you may have made an agreeement that you're not legally entitled to own but legally required to pay.....Ugh!

If you keep on (and probably already have).....they'll at a minimum ban you from the site.

I really hate to see eGun posted on here.....I figured I had that web-site all to myself. But....must tell you anyhow....don't ever sweat buying from that site.....I have bought MANY guns and other stuff via eGun ....applied successfully for import permit (ATF) ...paid the small fee to the seller for German export permit....and been extremely happy with every result. Prices there are the lowest in the Western World. Quality available is awesome. The German fellows from whom I have bought stuff have all been GREAT...and several have become my friends. I can't speak or read German...but I CAN read eGun (maybe motive plays a role here) and I found a translation web-site for translating to German from English when I need it).... so if any AR guys want translations or help.....feel free to give me a holler.

A lot of Euros use it. I think it's great. I find stuff I would never find in a million years here in Italy. And couldn't buy if I needed too.

I can pay for it, and have them send it to my parents house. It's perfect.

Gerry,

I guess we will see how things go. I am going to try a R93 barrel in a month or two. E250-350 is a hell of a deal.

Julian,

Welcome to AR, I lived in Spain until October of 2005. In Andalucia near Cadiz.

Now I live in Sicily.

It's funny how different countries do gun laws. In America and Canada a rifle barrel is just a piece of steel, the action is the controlled item.

In Southern Africa and most of Europe the barrel is the controlled item.

I bought maybe ten pistols and 15 rifles throught egun , plus / relaoding hunting items , never a problem when apply for the import permit , just a few problems , as a item was declared as wide EU shipping and the owner said I don't want to export after I won .... just a mistake ... then I ask each time , first to be sure the owner want to export , and in no exporting items the gun owners sometimes , said to Spain no problem , they don't want to send the gun to Colombia , India , Zaire or unknown destinations ... I get few lemmmons but it worth to deal with the Germans through egun
