John OlivaS & B Zenith reticule ?
I am looking at purchasing a new S & B Zenith 3-12x50 with either the Flash dot #9 or #7 reticule. My only experience with S & B is with a Klassic in 3-12x42, #8 reticule that I currently own.
My question is do the FD #9 and #7 reticules in the Zenith subtend as large as the #8 in the Klassic? The scope will be going on a whitetail rifle so I was hoping that the aforementioned FD reticules would be a little thinner than the #8.
Thank you for any help.

jaegerfrankThe FD7 is perhaps the best illuminated reticle in the market. Should be much better than the '8.

Ingvar J. KristjanssonThe Zenith FD7 reticle is thinner then on the Klassic model. I have one S&B Zenith 3-12x50 FD 7 on my Sako 75. Just a marvellous scope....they don’t get much better than that.
