Fallow BuckDiego,
I always thought/assumed that the partridges in spain were Chukars rather than the same red legs that we have here, yet looking at some pictures I see that is not the case. I hope to come and shoot in Spain soon as I think driven partridges in your terrain would be very fine shooting indeed.
TP, nice pics mate although I can't believe you put me in with a Diggory style scarf!!
Looking forward to the rest, and good luck on the geese next week.

Arild IversenThat guy with white pants and a hooded sweath shirt that is reloading his gun, could that be Amir?
My good friend tend to dress a little "aparte" now and then, that´s why I ask

Fallow BuckArild,
Nope that was Abdullah V7.0 (I lose track)
Amir was too busy fetching them more cartridges every ten minutes to actually shoot... By the end of that duck shoot the place looked like there had been a small private war!!

StonecreekI don't even wear a tie to the office most days. Do I really have to put one on if I want to shoot birds with you Brits?

Don't be mistaken I generally wear a tie to take the focus away from the fact I couldn't be bothered to shave that day!!

No they are not compulsory and generally used under the pretext that in that weather every layer counts... Although Dig is campaigning for the compulsory silk paisley print scarf but we are putting up a valiant defence of our sartorial rights!!

Will and Gerry say it was a pleasure entertaining you,Gerry says it`s a shame that boar appeared a week after you left

I`m sure he meant it.
Ref wearing a tie; When I was shooting, wether a "formal"shoot such as Perrystone,Stoke Edith, Charlton Towers or even a small "farm/local shoot I always wore a tie and dressed 'properly" the only time I ever did actually

I have been on shoots where the keeper has asked gun to find a tie or leave, and I personally agree with this.
P.S I must say this was when I lived in UK and was shooting up to 30 days a season, I can`t comment on the etiquette here in NZ
