Does anyone use any of the bog standard editing software for video camera footage.

I've got a couple at my disposal such as Windows DVD maker and another that I can't remember what it is called.

We have been out shooting this week with various AR members and so I thought I would try and make a small clip to post.

Do you have access to a MAC ?

imovie will do everything you want

plus waterwark, captions, fad in, fad out, music syn etc etc

PC unless you really know the software will take you longer to be up an running
