What are these leases going for per acre these days?

The guide prices seem a bit low to me.

BOG this one has gone and no mistake with the dates the chap says they have been on the site for 6 weeks. I check it all the time at least once a week for contract work and have never seen this one .Any way seems like pricing is done by the deer £100 + per roe deer and £150 + per red sika. so if the cull figuer is 20 roe then they are looking for min £2000.

I am quite surprised the FC now restrics the number of people on the ground, used to be a syndicate of max 6, now some areas are 4 some 2...
4 people to shoot 38 reds, 25 roe and 13 sika... if it is not an easy ground (I guess not) and they are not local they might struggle...
