very impressed the new Swarovski Z6i
Just mounted my new Swarovski 2.5-15x56 Z6i with the blaistic turret, apsrt from the superb quality of the glass and the hugh field of view,I used Swarovski balistic calculator to set the drops on the BT,you do have to input actual real time data to be accurate
I then tested the drops in the field to make sure,100 yards zero, then set the dials to 200,300 and finally 400 yards,
the drops were spot on according to the programme.
at 400 yards Iam printing a 2.5 inch group with 3 shots
I just hope now the weather holds off so I can get to Inverness this coming Sunday

Nesika are supposed to be very accurate and carefully made rifles...

Unfortunely the 7mm WSM was not enough gun for the blue wildebeast and so Foxshooter had to throw a runnign javelin that went through its ears and brought the beast to the ground....

Wink

I'm looking forward to seeing that scope oin Baldock mate,

see you there,
K

I'm interested to know how much the turret cost and where it was aquired.
I have the same scope on a Blaser R93 in 300WSM.
One of my buddies has opted for the TDS reticle, and has exact same gun as me. He reckons he is consistantly acheiving 8 inch groups at 600 yards. (He is an aussie so can't vouch for how truthful this claim really is!!!)
I can't say that I can come close to that. I'm using standard Barnes TSX 180 gr.
Two weeks ago, while in Reno, I aquired some of the new Barnes MRX Boattails in 180 gr. Got these from the Barnes Booth at the SCI Convention. They had some good deals going for Outfitters, so I loaded up. Will be interesting to see what sort of results I get.
