Gerrygryph,
Sorry, don't get it?
Are you referring to anyone of us ever having been to the Deutsches Jagd und Fischeriemuseum in Munich?
Cheers,

Gerrygryph,
Yes, I have been there several times, it is right downtown in the main pedestrian area of Munich. It is well worth taking the time to visit.
Entry fee Euro 3,50, a bargan, too.
Below the link but alas, "yu vill hav to sprechen the Fatherland sprache", as I didn't notce any other language references on the site.

Stu CGryph,
I just posted the same link as Gerry did on the Aussie forum. I read it first!
The museum is quite interesting and easy to kill a few hours in, but I wouldn't spend my Oktoberfest drinking time there

Geez, these alcoholic Antipodeans!

The museum is indeed quite a nice place to kill a few hours. I remember they had some very old and interesting muzzle loaders when I was there last, among other things, naturally.

Wooly ESSI have been to the museum, and can say that if you find yourself in Munich it certainly is worth visiting.
I wouldn't make a trip from "I`m in Victoria`s high country following a sambar stag`s tracks to his bed to nail him with my 7 mm R Mag (bloody hoping to anyway, gotta keep the wind in ya face)" just to see it though. Better to keep working on that sambar stag!
