Ammunition purchase in the EU?

Ammunition purchase in the EU?
Can an American buy ammunition or reloading componants?

Me and Aleko are still batteling the forces that be on our 45 Blaser ammo.

I want to pick up some stuff when I stop in Frankfurt on the way home.

I asked my gunsmith. He said it is not possible to buy ammo or guns in Germany as an US citizen. You need a special license for it.
Maybe it might be possible over the army rod and gun club.

I appreicate the help.

I can't buy a rifle at the Rod and Gun club, as you have to be stationed in Germany for that.

Always a catch 22.

What were you intending to pick up in FF?? Maybe something like this best be taken off-line with a FF resident??
