already posted this in small cal section but thought it wouldnt hurt here as well.

i want a .204 barrel to use 32gn and 40gn bullets, on a three groove barrel what would be the best twist rate?

Pac-Nor SuperMatch, 3 groove, 1 in 11.0" twist.
