I was told there was some thing in Guns & ammo magazine about CZ 527 Heavy barrel .222

I know they make heavy barrel .223 but theres nothing on the Web sight about .222 only in standard barrels

Can anyone tell me if such a rifle exsists ???? If so barrel length ? weight ?

Just cant bring myself to buy a .223 but would snap up a Heavy .222

CZ does make a .222 Remington. I am not sure as to the barrel, etc. I also want one and would dearly love one in a R uger No.1

I have already seen and handle a CZ in .222 with heavy barrel. If my memory is good the barrel contour is 1".

This model is a special model called "Varmint heavy barrel" with wood stock and only made for EU market.

Go to your local CZ dealer to ask for a catalogue. This model is listed and in Belgium it is an expensive CZ rifle nearly same level of price than a CZ 550 Safari mag.
