The Kentuckiana Chapter of Safari Club International Chapter took some boys out this summer on a Prarie Dog Safari. These boys had been thru the chapters “youth apprentice hunter programâ€.

What a great experience. In a matter of a day the boys went from shooting too quick to discussing and accurately judging distances, calling their shots. Their motto became “1 shot 1 dog … 4 shots 4 dogs!

Photos were limited since most everyone was having too much fun to remember to drag out the camera but as you can see here I believe we tapped into the next generation!




This next one is 3 generations of shooters!
