SnapperVarmint Magazines?
Can anyone recomend a good varmint magazine. If you currently have a favorite and can give me the 800 number to the subcription desk, I would like that.
Thanks,
Snapper

Zero DriftTwo of my favorites are Precision Shooting & The Varmint Hunter. Both contain very good reloading and shooting information written by folks who are not simply mouthpieces of the manufacturers. They are not paid to test new products and to write glowing, gushy reports. They tell it like it is.

Sean BrowneSnapper,
Kyler Hamann was selling a collection of varmint magazines if you are interested in picking up a collection. Not sure if they sold yet but here is the link he sent me:
That's funny that you mention varmint hunting because I just listed my collection of "Varmint Hunter" magazines on GunsAmerica:

sscoyotePrecision Shooting publications also puts out another magazine called The Accurate Rifle, which deals a little more with general subjects than Precision Shooting itself. Also if you shoot calibers <6.5 check out Todd Kindler's magazine, Small Caliber News. Of course I don't have the contact info. with me now, but he's got to be on the net somewhere.

<RustyRifling>If you can find a copy of Carmichael's Book Of The Rifle it has good stuff on varmint rifles and ammo and varmint ballistics.
