Several of my 223's like that bullet and 24-ish grains of 3031, seated short - 2.20". Works for the 55gr too. Usual disclaimers apply, so start at 22 or so.

My cousin just loves the Remington 50gr. PLHP's. I am not sure of the exact charge he uses, but I know he is loading AA2015BR. Accuracy is good, as is the velocity. In fact I think that that is the only load he uses in his .223's.
