A couple of things about snowshoes. Get them big enough to float you and your pack load. I happen to use Yubashoes, but anything like them would be fine. Built in crampons are a must for snowshoeing up and down slopes.
Plan on as light a boot as possible. For every pound you take off your feet, you remove the equivalent of 6.5 lbs. off your back. I prefer something built with Gore-Tex and good gaitors as well.
I find using trekking poles or ski poles helps alot with slopes.
The posted link to the snowshoe campany looks good to me. Good designs.
Even with good snowshoes, it is possible to hit snow that is just too soft to cross without post holeing. Or to hit air cavitys in the snow near rocks as the weather warms. I like to probe doubtfull looking spots with my poles.
I haven't looked at Cabela's snowshoes recently. But I'd bet they'd have something like the posted company's products. E
