I am building an ar, and was thinking of getting the leupold VSR to put on top. What you guys think of it as far as shooting at night?

The leoupold fire dot works super here in mn. at night on fox coyote under moon light or almost no light. Kevin

I'm using it at night on hogs and varmits. I have tried a bunch of different illuminated scopes, TC, Bushnell, Holographic, Ultra dot, etc. The illuminated 1" dot with the German #4 ret in the VX-R is the best.Turning the intensity down so it does not obscure the target works great at night.
