Tips on where to find odd dies?? 22-243 AI etc.

Anyone know of any sources that deal or sell wildcat reloading dies? I may be interested in a 6mm-.284Win. This is probably the most available die. Also looking at the 22-243 AI and a .224 TTH.

I assume that all but maybe the 6/284 will be $100++, just looking for ideas of where to find them.

Also are the 22-243 Middlestead and the 22-243 AI different??? Looking to rebarrel a Savage and Sharp Shooters Supply has several reamers available.
