If you had the choice between .20 tactical or .17 rem what would you go for?

First choice would be a .204 Ruger but from there .20 Tac because I like .20 cals better than .17s. Personal preference.........

I would go with the that Tac-20. About the same effective range, but more knock down power and less drift. I've also heard that some 17 Remington rifles foul pretty badly, but not all of them, just some.

I have a ruger .204, a 17 rem, a .222 rem and a .22-250 that are allused for foxes. the .17 Rem is great for minimum skin damage, the .204 is a bit harder overall, but is flat shooting as the .22-250.

I like all three calibres.
