Three reds in 9 sets. No shots. Froze most of my parts off hunted all night 10 degrees. Called 8 foxes in 25 sets this year and the gun is still clean, this sucks. I called half that many coyotes last year and did not work as hard. It has been a tuff year. I guess everyone needs a year like this to chop them down a peg or two. I have been on a great roll. OK done whining, may be golf.

Hornetfan: To bad on the not connecting on the Fox! I have had a tough fall myself. I killed 2 Coyotes during Big game season and 2 so far this winter. I usually bag about 10 Coyotes a winter! I am headed to Jackson Hole, Wyoming next week so maybe my luck will change! I have been bagging lots of other Varmints this winter though.
But you are right it does serve as a reminder to just how wiley our Predators can be!
