Nebraksa or South Dakota P. Dog hunt

Two friends and I are planning a P. dog hunt for next year in either Nebraska or South Dakota.

I was just wondering if anyone had any recommendations. We are looking for a fairly "cheap" place (wife and kids, bills, etc), so we are looking to spend under $200 a day.
