Name the Country Music Star

There once was a little girl that complained a lot.

If her mother gave her oatmeal for breakfast she whined and complained and said she wanted Corn Flakes. If her mother gave her Corn Flakes, then she wanted oatmeal.

Desert was never right. It didn't matter what her mother gave her, she whined and wanted ice cream if she was given pie, pie if she was given cake, etc.

Clothing was no better. Her mother could never get any thing right. She whined and complained about every choice.

She got married and things were no better. She whined about every thing her husband did or didn't do.

She finally became a country music star...what was her name?
